This Privacy Policy describes how My audit corner (referred to as "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects the information you provide to us when you use our website myauditcorner.com (the "Site").

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Where we ask you to provide information by which you can be identified when using this Site, you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 2: Data collected

When you sign up to our early access list, we collect the following personal data:

Email address: Required in order to contact you.
First and last name: To personalise our communications.
Company name, number of employees, stage in the certification process and applicable standards: To better understand the profile of our future users.
Your role or job title: To tailor our communications to your needs.
Telephone number: To get back to you, including by telephone, regarding your request.

We also collect anonymous browsing data through cookies in order to improve the user experience and analyse Site traffic (see Article 9).

Article 3: Purposes of processing

The data we collect is used to:

Manage the early access list: Keep you informed of the progress of the project and of when access opens.
Communicate with you: Send you exclusive information, product updates and, where applicable, launch offers.
Gather feedback: We may invite you to take part in surveys or interviews in order to improve our product.
Analyse and improve: Analyse our website audience in order to improve our communications and our offering.
Respond to your request and follow up: Handle your request (access to the regulatory watch, general enquiries) and, where applicable, present our offers and services to you by email or telephone.

Every email communication you receive from us contains an unsubscribe link allowing you to withdraw from our list at any time.

Article 4: Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data rests on two grounds: first, the performance of your request when you ask for a service or to be contacted; second, our legitimate interest in promoting our products and services to professionals in the sector (B2B prospecting), in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where you subscribe to our communications, processing is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You may object at any time to the processing of your data for prospecting purposes (see Article 9), and every email we send you contains an unsubscribe link.

Article 5: Data retention

Your personal data is retained for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In practice, we retain your data for as long as you remain on our waiting list. If you become a customer, your data is governed by our General Terms and Conditions. If you do not become a customer within 24 months of launch, or if you remain inactive with regard to our communications during that period, your data is deleted.

You may request the deletion of your data at any time (see Article 9).

Article 6: Job applications (recruitment)

When you apply for a position or send a speculative application through the Site, we collect: first name, last name, email address, telephone number (optional), covering text and CV. This data is processed for the sole purpose of managing the recruitment process: reviewing your application, corresponding with you and arranging interviews.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), together with our legitimate interest in building a pool of candidates.

In line with the recommendations of the CNIL, the French data protection authority, your application data is retained for the duration of the recruitment process and for no more than 2 years after the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion (see Article 9). The review of applications may be assisted by artificial intelligence tools; no recruitment decision is taken on a solely automated basis.

Article 7: Data recipients and processors

Your personal data is intended solely for the teams at My audit corner. It will never be sold to third parties.

However, in order to carry out certain operations, we may use processors (service providers) who may have access to your data. We make sure that these processors offer sufficient guarantees in terms of data protection. They include in particular:

The Site uses cookies to improve browsing and to measure audience. A cookie is a small file that asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive.
