Each action — auditing a document, asking Ask MAC a question, running a consistency analysis — consumes a certain number of credits depending on the complexity and volume of data processed. Your dashboard displays your consumption in real time.
Your access to the platform is never cut off. You keep access to your reports, your history, and your dashboard. Only new AI analyses are paused. You can top up credits at any time to resume your audits immediately.
No. All our subscriptions are monthly, with no commitment. You can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. No cancellation fees apply.
As soon as you connect your document server (SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, or TraceX) for the first time, we give you 15,000 additional AI credits. This offer is available for the Smart QMS, Full AI eQMS, and Technical File plans.

Payment is made by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe. For monthly subscriptions, billing is automatic on the same date each month. My Audit Corner never has access to your credit card details.
